Return & Refund Policy
At Spa Oasis, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are large, heavy, and often shipped directly from manufacturers, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been prepared for shipment or has shipped, cancellation fees may apply.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Due to the size and nature of sauna products, returns must be approved in advance.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new, resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer defect.
Freight Delivery Damage
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the product and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect our ability to assist with a claim.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos and additional information to help resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Repair assistance
- Refund or store credit where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items generally cannot be returned:
- Installed or assembled products
- Products that have been used
- Custom-built or made-to-order saunas
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Manufacturer Policies
Certain products may be subject to specific manufacturer return policies. In those cases, the manufacturer's policy may apply in addition to this policy.
