All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment with our supplier partners.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to customers within the continental United States.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or another location, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Most sauna orders are delivered within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer, inventory availability, and delivery location.
Some custom-built or made-to-order saunas may require additional production time.
Freight Delivery
Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are delivered via freight carriers.
Please note:
- An adult (18+) must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Freight carriers typically schedule a delivery appointment before arrival.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on most sauna orders within the continental United States unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Freight shipments may take 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If you notice visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.
Delays
While we work closely with our suppliers and carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, inventory availability, or other factors beyond our control.
